1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Woofy ("the Service"), available at trywoofyapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Woofy.

2. Description of Service

Woofy is a free web application that enables dog owners to track their pet's health through daily check-ins, wellness scoring, supplement/medication tracking, weight monitoring, photo documentation, lump tracking, and vet-ready report generation. The Service is provided by Millenium Brands FZ-LLC, registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), UAE (Registration No. 0000004067499).

Important: Woofy is a health tracking tool and does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your dog's health concerns.

3. User Accounts

To use Woofy, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk) using Google or Facebook sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Woofy, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Provide accurate health data for your dog(s)
  • Not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service
  • Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Woofy — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Millenium Brands FZ-LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you input into Woofy (dog profiles, health assessments, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Related Brand Disclosure

Woofy may contain links to try-woofy.com, a related dog supplement brand also operated by Millenium Brands FZ-LLC. These links are provided for your convenience and information. The supplement products available on try-woofy.com are separate from the Woofy health tracking service, and any purchases are governed by the terms and policies of that website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Woofy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on data or scores provided by Woofy. The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
  • In no event shall Millenium Brands FZ-LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero, as Woofy is free).

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations applicable within the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of RAKEZ, UAE.
